NEXGEN 2026

APPLY TO BE A SPEAKER

The NEXGEN Seminar is Systemic Formulas’ premier educational event, designed to bring our community and learning back to life. This gathering offers a unique opportunity for practitioners in holistic and functional wellness to grow their expertise, expand their professional network, and connect with like-minded colleagues.

Our goal is to go beyond the traditional seminar experience. NEXGEN is not just about supplements—it’s about partnership, collaboration, and mutual success. We aim to demonstrate our commitment to practitioners by providing cutting-edge education, meaningful interactions, and practical tools to advance their clinical practice.

Through engaging presentations, interactive sessions, and networking opportunities, attendees will leave inspired, equipped, and supported—confident in their ability to deliver better outcomes for their clients while being part of a community that truly values and appreciates their expertise.

To be considered as a speaker for the 2026 NEXGEN Seminar by Systemic Formulas, please review the information that follows and complete the speaker application at the end of this page.

Processes & Requirements

All presentations must be directed toward professionals in the holistic, functional, and integrative wellness industries. Applications will be reviewed for objectivity, relevance, and alignment with clinical education standards. Presentations should be educational, research-informed, and delivered at a clinical level, not at a consumer level.

Our audience includes seasoned practitioners—many with doctoral-level training—as well as highly engaged student-members. We seek presenters who can challenge our advanced professionals while supporting emerging clinicians with foundational understanding and practical application.

Please review the Speaker Information & FAQs prior to submitting your application to ensure you are fully aware of expectations, compensation, deadlines, and event logistics.

Application deadline: March 15, 2026
Selected speakers notified by: April 1, 2026

Speakers must reply within 3 business days to confirm acceptance. Failure to confirm will result in forfeiture of the speaking slot. Notifications will be sent using the preferred contact method selected on the application.

Presentation Length & Format

All seminar presentations are scheduled for 50 minutes.

Presentations should be structured to include:

40–45 minutes of core educational content
5–10 minutes of Q&A, discussion, or audience interaction

Speakers are expected to rehearse and prepare content to remain within the 50-minute timeframe to support event flow, A/V transitions, and attendee experience.

If your presentation requires a different format, please indicate this in your application for committee review.
