Important Notes:
- Sponsors are welcome to network, showcase products, and distribute materials during designated times.
- No promotional activity or conversation should occur during educational sessions; all interactions should take place during breaks or lunch.
- Booths should remain staffed and accessible for the entire duration of the event and the designated exhibit hours.
This structure ensures that sponsors have maximum exposure to attendees while preserving the integrity and focus of the seminar presentations.

Engagement in Sessions:
Sponsors are allowed to attend all educational sessions, network during breaks, and interact with attendees.
Session Etiquette:
To maintain a professional and distraction-free learning environment, all attendees, including sponsors, are asked to refrain from talking or engaging in promotional discussions while sessions are in progress. Questions or discussions should take place during designated Q&A portions or scheduled exhibit hours/breaks.
Meals & Snacks:
- Sponsors are invited to enjoy all scheduled meals, refreshments, and snacks provided during the seminar.
- Meals and beverages outside of scheduled event times are the responsibility of the sponsor.

- Sponsor registrations are non-refundable within 60 days of the event
- Cancellations made more than 60 days prior may be eligible for full refund
- Systemic Formulas reserves the right to modify schedule, location, or speakers
- If event is canceled by organizers, full refund issued
